How your enquiry is handled

Your contact details and message are stored in the protected Contact Inbox so staff can respond even if an email notification is delayed or lost. Staff notification emails may contain the enquiry details.

Automatic Contact retention is currently disabled, so records remain until they are manually deleted or the retention setting is changed.
